Bubur Brokoli Ikan @ Brocolli Fish Porridge

bahan - bahan *

• beras perang
• brokoli
• ikan tenggiri
• air

cara memasak *

1. rebus ikan tenggiri sehingga masak dan asingkan.
2. masak beras perang bersama air sehingga hampir menjadi bubur. seelok-eloknya beras tersebut direndam terlebih dahulu semalaman supaya cepat sikit masak jadi bubur...:P
3. masukkan brokoli dan ikan yang telah dimasak tadi ke dalam beras perang yang  telah hampir jadi bubur tadi...
4. masak kesemua tersebut sehingga beras tersebut turn into porridge.
5. tunggu sejuk sikit, then blend guna blender.
6. sedia untuk dihidangkan.

pesanan chef,

- beras perang boleh diganti dengan beras biasa mengikut citarasa anak anda
- blend bubur tersebut mengikut stage pemakanan anak anda juga..kalo tak nak belnd pun xpe tetapi pastikan ikan dan brokoli tu saiznya tak besar sangat untuk bayi anda


senangkan resepi ni..sedap dimakan juga...saya dah cuba, anda bila lagi?

Nursery Oh Nursery

Salam mesra..

alhamdulillah segala urusan berjalan dengan begitu lancar sekali...........entry kali ni berkisarkan pengalaman pertamaku menghantar anak ke NURSERY..

perasaan???? sudah pasti sangat merisaukan hati ini....walaupun nursery tersebut hanya 2-3 minit je dari tempat kerja daku..namun hati ini tetap bimbang..okeykah Nuraini kat situ? menangis kah die? biasakah dia dengan orang yang baru dikenali?  hati seorang ibu...tidak sampai hati membiarkan anak ditangan orang lain..walaupun mase keje je...

Rutin baru Nuraini bermula..begitu juga dengan diriku..lunch time adalah masa bersama anakku..tidak pernah miss walau sehari pun....no more lunch wif boss ke, opismate ke, kawan-kawan ke...hanya Nuraini tumpuan utama. tepat pukul 1 pm, terpacaklah daku di depan pintu nursery nuraini tuh...rindu memang x tertanggung lagi.........................mase untuk breastfeed nuraini...;P

Nuraini dihanatr ke nursery on Jan 2011 at the age of dah lepas 4 months..mase tu dah boleh meniarap & still kuat tido..so, bs put her in cot..seronok la die dekat dengan kipas..lena die tido..
luluh hatiku apabila tengok nuraini tido mase time lunch..huhu..sgt rindu dengan keletahnya...menurut bs, nuraini sangat pandai menyesuaikan diri..hanya merengek time nak susu sahaja...lega hati ini mendengarkan berita itu...oh buat pengetahuan semua, nuraini dibekalkan dengan ebm ke nursery..lunch time plak, daku akan breastfeed die... so much of susu ibu...buat nuraini semangat & sihat sejahtera..

bagiku dan mungkin ibu-ibu diluar sana juga setuju...pemantauan terhadap anak di nursery adalah sangat penting...feelin' of being left to others yg die lum kenal cannot be describe by words..children still need their mother most...to those yg ade pilihan untuk hantar anak2 dekat dengan tempat kerja, rajin-rajin la jenguk anda..they miss u like we miss them.........

beul la kata orang tua-tua...seorang ibu memang sanggup buat apa sahaja untuk anaknya..kepentingan diri diketepikan demi kesejahteraan anakandsa tercinta....semoga segala usaha murni ibu-ibu semua memberikan yang terbaik untuk anak-anak kita...diberkati Allah swt...semoga dengan limpah dan rahmatnya, dipermudahkan urusan kita demi anak-anak tercinta...

SARAT........apakah itu?

sudah lama x buat entry...kesibukan melanda..bile time byk mase..kelengkapan utk menulis plak xde...hehe itu adalah lumrah alam.........x perlu dirisaukan..hari ni, entry ummi bertajuk...SARAT...apakah itu sarat? n kenapa ummi nk tulis pasal ni??

Jeng..jeng..jeng.....segalanya bermula apabila nuraini demam secara tiba-tiba... nak kate sebab tumbuh encik gigi, before this mcm ok je, x pernah pun nak demam2..dh byk pun encik gigi tumbuh
ummi dan abi mula panik and cuak apabila start je 11.30mlm..nuraini akan nangis sampai pagi, stop untuk tido je kejap..pastu bangun balik for crying. memang sgt penat..esoknye ummi kena kerja lagi..segalanya berulang hampir seminggu..bawak p jumpa GP..GP cakap infection kt kerongkong and sedikit kembung. dapat ubat demam, antibiotik & also ubat kembung. both of us decide not to give nuraini ubat kembung.......esoknye alhamdulillah demam dah kebah..tp situasi nangis tengah malam tu still berlangsung. at last we decide to bring nuraini to ustaz..recommended by kakak and also parents in law.

disinilah bermula nya kisah SARAT.......ustaz tu cek nuraini..diagnosis is SARAT. katenye kembung nuraini sgt tinggi. that ustaz bagi nuraini minum ubat..ummi dh risau2 dah..dalm hati ni,ubat ape la ustaz ni bagi kat anak aku...mungkin kerana perasan kot, muke ummi ni dh semacam je tengok ustaz tu bagi nuraini minum ubat...ustaz tu pun terangkanlah..actually yg die bg tu air glukos je..ditambah bacaan ayat suci al quran. ooo..baru lega hati ini..hehe..paham jugak kerisauan hati ummi ni.....bagus ustaz ni leh baca isi hati seorang ibu..huhuhu

Ustaz tu pun explain pasal SARAT ni..katenye nuraini nangis malam-malam cos die x selesa nak tido..perut die meragam..bukan sebab ade gangguan hantu or jin2...sempat lg ustaz tu buat lawak, 'sian jin asyik kena tuduh je bile budak nangis malam'..hihihi..sarat ni macam org sarat mengandung la..perut tu cam penuh..sebu macam bile kite makan banyak sangat...cane nak tido kalo x selesa...sian anak ummi..dah kurus cos asyik nagis je..siang bukan main aktif lagi...

diusia 9 bulan kena SARAT ni..(actually sarat ni selalu jadi kat baby dalam pantang)..pada ummi,,penyebabnye adalah dari makanan..actually, meal nuraini for that week is bubur and also banana puree..i think perut nuraini cannot tolerate banana..just like ummi..so we decide to stop giving nuraini banana until she reach 2 yrs old.........no more pisang ye sayang..

bile berlaku kejadian SARAT ni..ummi nampak kepentingan 4 days rule pasal introducing solid food to nuraini............sangat membantu dalam kes ini..

apa2 pun.ummi & abi sangat menyayangi nuraini............:)

gigi oh gigi..

setelah kian lama  menyepi...akhirnya hari ini, tercapai jua hasratku utk create new entry..huhu.
kali ni nk citer pasal gigi or teeth..bukan denture eh, original one..it is normal but not within normal curve..as all people know, 1st gigi yg tumbuh is lower incisor.....and at the age of around 6 months old.buttttttt it is happen to be 1st nuraini lower incisor keluar mase umur 5 bulan setengah..me n husband of course la sgt excited....first person yg perasan about that gigi is my mom...die pulak yg risau terlebih, takut nuraini gigit my nipple n berdarah2..kekadang rase jugak my mom ni risau terlebih..i think it is normal for baby to bite his/her mother nipple esp those who are breastfeed.rite? Kat sebelah ni adalah TOOTH ERUPTION CHART yg dirembat dari internet..


we're so happy & excited..bile pikir balik, tumbuh gigi je..hehe,maybe first experience kan..anak tumbuh gigi..parents lak lebih2..anyway, the feelin' is good and couldnt be describe by words also..those amazing feelin' only those who understand & felt the same only knows..ape-ape pun..syukur padaNya, nuraini ok je..no demam, no meragam bile gigi start to erupt...its happen just like that..wif no signal also...x tau la plak kalo kami x perasan..

bile dah ade gigi, some people interpret it as baby is ready for solid food........erm, for me i do not want to start giving nuraini solid food cos i do believe, no harm wait for 6 months since x berape lame pun lagi.....for us, yg penting kena dapatkan toothbrush for her..hehe of kos la the cute one n wif safety features...will upload the toothbrush pix next time...till then..........love ya ;)

after fever dh slow down, rashes develop on all over nuraini's body..starting from forehead - neck - chest area - leg..kat head pun ade..tergaru2 la sikecil daku ini............dlm hati ni, campak(measles) ke?

1st thing to do is..call hubby..erm,hubby suggest tanye my mum or my doctors fren...my mum cakap mungkin campak..my drs fren also..hati mula bimbang..dlm kepala ni dah terbayang air kelapa..(ni info dr jiran sebelah rumah!!) mane la pulak nk dpt air kelapa ni..brain tgh workhard tuk ingat balik,mane kedai yg jual air kelapa nih..then call hubby ajak p klinik...tanpa membuang masa..terus bukak internet n cari info pasal measles nih..post kt FB jugak..byk info yg daku dapat..next step is..

2nd visit to peads laa..so finally we found out that....
oh no..it is not measles....its called roseola infantum......huhu..here is some info on roseola infantum......

Definition:

roseola infantum is a benign viral endemic illness of infants and young children, caused by human herpesvirus 6 (of which there are two strains, A and B) and possibly by herpesvirus 7. It is characterized by abrupt, high, sustained or spiking fever, mild pharyngitis, and lymph node enlargement. Febrile seizures may occur. After 4 or 5 days the fever suddenly drops to normal, and a faint, pink, maculopapular rash appears on the neck, trunk, and thighs. The rash may last a few hours to 2 days. Diagnosis is based on high fever and the rash. Sequelae may occur as a result of the seizures. There is no specific therapy or vaccine. Acetaminophen is often used to try to control fever. Also called exanthema subitum, sixth disease, Zahorsky's disease.

roseola infan´tum a common acute disease caused by infection with the herpesvirusRoseolovirus. It usually occurs in children under two years old, coming on suddenly and disappearing in 3 to 5 days, leaving no permanent marks. Diagnosis is difficult because the sole early symptom, beyond irritability and drowsiness, is fever. There may be convulsions, and generally the fever is very high; 40°C (104°F) is not unusual. Despite the high fever, the disease is mild. Called also exanthem subitum.

demam oh demam

salam semua..
entry kali ni berkenaan demam..bersempana nuraini demam teruk start on 23 march 2011..
hati sgt gundah gulana,,hanya Tuhan sahaja yg tahu..walau ape pun..kami sgt bersyukur kerana byk hikmah yg kami sekeluarga perolehi dek kerana peristiwa itu..
this is the first time our lil one demam teruk...selalunya demam kejap je..plg lama pun 1/2 day..
disebabkan first time byk benda yg x tahu..n take things for granted..
suhu paling tinggi yg dicatat adalah 39.6 degree celcious..mungkin agak kurang tepat cos nuraini baru lepas merengek mase tuh..
kami bawak nuraini jumpe pead..we went to klinik pakar bayi & kanak-kanak ANG..banyak info yang kami dapat..
according to that pead..nuraini byk ikut abi die..she is one of the babies who have allergies..hehe
so far..eczema and rhinitis which is resdung..both acquire from her abi..ummi xde resdung n xde eczema jugak..no wonder skin die cepat merah kalo berpeluh..nuraini oh nuraini.....

pity nuraini..demam + batuk + selsema in one package..actually ingatkan panas badan biasa je..almaklum la baru balik dr bersuka ria di kota bharu..rupa2 nye kena viral fever......

advice of Dr ANg to us..

• no need to bath her until demam dh kebah..after that,mandi pun skali je..kt RUMAH not at nursery
• only freshly prepared food..no processed food k
• no carpet in the house..
• no pet like cats..those yg berbulu-bulu la
• no soft toys yg berbulu2 jugak..erm..kena simpan la semua koleksi awak..hihi
• rumah x boleh berhabuk -erm masalahnye kami duk tepi pantai..cane nk elakkan tuh?
• banyakkan minumair putih.......

Preparation for SOLID FOOD **

Nuraini is getting 6 months..
congrats anakku for exclusive breasfeeding...
thanks a lot for  ur precious cooperation..also to abi..who always understand the benefit of breastfeeding n for the continous support..love ya a lot ;)

memandangkan solid food akan bermula...berikut adalah checklist/gadjet2 penting yg kami sgt perlukan...

1) ummi's need

• rice cooker & steamer
• blender
• penapis
• storage container
• warmer

2) NURAINI's need

• spoon (varies according to my age ye ummi & abi :P)
• food plate/mangkuk pun boleh - plastic punye tau
• drinking cup..(varies according to my age also..)
• pp bottle - for nursery purpose 4 isi plain water
• fresh food aje ye ummi & abi..pls avoid PROCESSED FOOD  Ok?

3) ABI's need

• MONEY.. of course to buy all ummi & nuraini needs
• TIME.. to accompany ummi & nuraini shopping!
• BURNING THE MIDNIGHT OIL..to help ummi preparing food for our lil one...
• FOOD TASTER.. to test each & every bites of new recipe before giving them to our loved onesssss

we  will try our best for nuraini's best level of health.......peace.....
